Returns & Exchanges

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. Community marketplace goods may have partner-specific terms noted on the product page.

Email hello@afaritrails.com with your order reference, reason for return, and photos if the item is faulty or damaged. We will reply with return instructions and a reference number.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Shipping costs on standard returns are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

Exchanges for size or colour are offered when stock allows. Note your preference when you contact us — we will confirm availability before you ship anything back.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 7 days. We will arrange replacement or refund and cover return shipping for verified issues.
