- Visit Expeditions to explore journeys, then use Expeditions Connect or the main Contact page. Share your dates, group size, and interests — our team shapes itineraries with local guides and partners.
- Are Afari Trails ventures open to partners?
- Yes. Hospitality, conservation, community, agriculture, and eco-lodge initiatives welcome aligned partners. Start on Ventures or Ventures Connect with a short note about your vision and timeline.
- Can I purchase from the store online?
- Add items to your cart, then submit an order request with your shipping details. Our team will confirm availability and send payment options (bank transfer, mobile money, or international payment) — suited for customers in Zambia and abroad. For wholesale, use Contact and select Store.
- Where do you ship store orders?
- When ordering is available, we ship internationally from our fulfilment partners. See Shipping for regions, timelines, and customs notes.
- What is your returns policy?
- Unworn items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery where applicable. Full details are on our Returns page.
- How can I submit photography to The Afari Lens?
- Go to Archive → Submit to share your work for consideration in our community feature. Include context, location, and how the image connects to place.
